Draft the month for every company with a plan: the plan fee, duties beyond the allowance, vehicles on a per-vehicle plan, and messages from the shared WhatsApp number. A draft can be drawn up again, added to or deleted. Issuing gives it a number, after which it can only be paid or voided.

What each company pays. A company with no plan is never invoiced. A monthly plan is charged every month, the first one from its start date. A yearly plan is charged once, in the month of its start date and of each anniversary.

Shown on every invoice. Tax is charged to companies in the seller's own country only; a company abroad is charged none and its invoice carries the note below instead. Confirm the rate and the note with your accountant.
