Shared WhatsApp number

One Meta number that any company can choose to send from instead of registering its own. Point the Meta app's webhook at /v1/whatsapp/webhook with the verify token below. The app secret is what lets customer replies and delivery updates be trusted, and delivery updates are what bill each message.

Sign-in codes for drivers and passengers go out from this number by WhatsApp when a sign-in code template is entered here, and by SMS otherwise. The template must be an approved Authentication template in this WhatsApp account with a copy-code button. Each code Meta charges for is billed to the company the person belongs to, like any other message from this number.

Meta's rate card

What Meta charges per message, by the recipient's country and the message category, in USD. Use country ZZ for every country without a row of its own. Copy the rates from Meta's published rate card and update them when Meta changes them. A charged message with no matching rate is recorded at zero and counted as unpriced below.
